The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a missing Southern California man who was last seen at a gas station near Mendota. A CHP officer took 26-year-old Michael Bell, of Los Angeles, to a Chevron Gas station on West Panoche Road near Interstate 5 at about 3 a.m. on September 17 after Bell’s car ran out of gas on the freeway, the LAPD said. Houston police are looking for any information about a pregnant woman who hasn’t been heard from since early this month. Kimberly Lavaughn Rhodes, 31, was last seen on Sept. 17 in the 7800 block of West Airport.
