Missing: Elgin Stafford (CA)
Authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding a young man who vanished nearly four days ago. Elgin Stafford, 23, left his home on the 20,000 block of Campaign Drive in Carson on Tuesday morning. He’s a UC Berkeley graduate and member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He interned for a local congresswoman and has no known medical issues. Investigators say he has a tattoo on his right shoulder. Anyone with information on Elgin Stafford is urged to call L.A.
