UPDATE #2: Fairfield Police Chief Leon Davis tells Fox6 the mother has been arrested, and that she made up the whole abduction scenario. Breanna Giles is being charged with filing a false report. Davis says his investigators found out Giles had taken her five-week-old baby to a relatives house this morning. The Lawrence Police Department is investigating the disappearance of a man from Lawrence, Indiana. Lawrence is about 10 miles east of downtown Indianapolis. Roy Bailey is a 61-year-old black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Indiana State Police said Tuesday that Bailey was last seen at 6:00 a.m. on Friday, November 4, 2011 in Lawrence, and is believed to be in danger.
