Everett Thompson owner of Eat and Company, a Park Manor neighborhood business, was last seen on July 5, 1996 by one of his employees. Yasmin was last seen at her family’s Chicago, Illinois home on January 15, 2008. That day she went to the North Lawndale YMCA, where she was involved in sports and other activities. After she came home, she did a load of laundry and went to bed. She was gone by the next morning. There were indications of a break-in at their residence; two locks on an outside fence and a lock on the basement door had been cut. Yasmin’s bedroom was in the basement. Latasha Nevitt, a 30 year old mother of three, was last seen walking to a convenience store five blocks from her home near 107th and Loomis in South Side Chicago. She never returned. Her husband Isaac is the last person believed to have seen her before she disappeared. Police found no sign of foul play in the couple’s home.
