Often times, we do not see news about missing elderly persons. Unfortunately, they are not “newsworthy”. But Ben Carter is worthy of media attention. St. Louis police are asking for the public’s help in locating the 83 year old man who has been missing since Friday November 4th. He is described as a black male, 6 feet tall and about 200 pounds. Geraldine Jones reportedly boarded a train in Norristown that Monday and was headed to North Broad Street in Philadelphia.
